Who Can Enter

Legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older and have lawful access to the Internet and a valid e-mail address are eligible to enter. Employees of The Rescue Haiti Foundation its parent company and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members and those living in the same household of each, are ineligible.

How To Enter

To be entered in this contest, simply make a minimum donation to The Rescue Haiti Foundation (no purchase is necessary). Make a donation between September 20, 2016 and Jan 1, 2017 and you will automatically be entered in the contest.

To enter, go to www.rescuehaitifoundation.org and click the Win an Apple iPad ® promotional link or the donation button on the homepage to access the donation form. Entry constitutes an assignment to The Rescue Haiti Foundation of all intellectual property rights in the entry materials, if any. Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use winners, names, hometowns, likenesses, and photographs for online posting, and/or any advertising and publicity without notice or compensation. Entry also authorizes the The Rescue Haiti Foundation to reveal prize winners. names as legally required. The Rescue Haiti Foundation is not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware, or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry, winner or other giveaway information by The Rescue Haiti Foundation or entrants for any reason whatsoever. The The Rescue Haiti Foundation is also not responsible for any injury or damage to any entrants or any other persons computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any materials in the giveaway or for entries that are late, misdirected or incomplete.
